The client needed to establish uniform reporting and performance monitoring for marketing and sales activities. This comprehensive end to end project covered all phases of a typical business intelligence project, from defining initial requirements to data preparation and dashboard design.
A set of key performance indicators (KPIs) was outlined for inclusion in the dashboard. Simultaneously, we validated the feasibility and relevance of these metrics. Leveraging the existing infrastructure, primarily SAS and Oracle DWH, we constructed robust data pipelines to prepare the data for the reporting interface.
The final step involved the dashboard design. We incorporated relevant filters, breakdowns, and charts, collaborating with UX specialists to ensure a user-friendly and intuitive interface. The roll-out included workshops training sessions for business users, fostering confidence in utilizing the newly implemented dashboards.

I collaborated with a scale-up business operating an online marketplace to enhance their existing reporting solution. In typical startup fashion, initial data often resides in the database but lacks preparation for reporting. The primary objective here was to lay the foundation for reporting within Tableau.
After a thorough analysis of existing reports and data sources, we adopted an agile approach to build the reporting system. The design of reports and selection of relevant metrics were implemented collaboratively with the client.
This transformative process granted stakeholders at all levels effortless access to regularly updated reports, eliminating the need for manual processing to create reports. Beyond streamlined reporting, the solution facilitated the seamless connection of diverse data sources, resulting in enriched insights.

Enhancing E-commerce Reporting for an Online Fashion Platform
Partnering with a prominent online fashion platform boasting millions of weekly unique visits, despite its scale, there was still an untapped potential in leveraging e-commerce metrics. My role involved defining a fundamental set of KPIs spanning various product areas and overall platform performance.
In the first step, a robust data warehouse was established, predominantly using raw data from Google Analytics. From this foundation, a series of pipelines were created to facilitate reporting and structured tables. This not only made reporting and analysis seamless but also provided a foundation for data science projects.
This initiative empowered teams with unprecedented access to a wealth of data, enhancing their decision-making capabilities and supporting exploratory initiatives. Additionally, the AB testing process underwent a streamlined transformation, featuring automated evaluations and accelerated cycles for quicker insights.
